Tristan is chef director at Parker’s Tavern in Cambridge and has appeared on Snackmasters, The Great British Menu and Cooking With the Stars. He is the founder of Rubbish Cooks - a food waste movement offering creative ideas on how to make the most of leftovers and helps his followers mitigate the cost of living crisis through creative cooking hacks.
